3 hours of wave surfing in white water. Romsdal Aktive invites you to an introduction course in riverboarding. If you can swim and has an average good health, you can participate in the riverboard activity. The first part of the course is focusing on safety and proper use of the board before taking off into the stream.

The guides are experienced riverboarding instructors.

Length of activity: about 3 hours
Included in the price: loans of a wetsuit, neoprene shoes, helmet and board. Participants must bring their own whool underwear.

How to get there:
Åndalsnes is situated 2 hours drive from Ålesund, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Molde. Daily domestic flights from Oslo to Ålesund and Molde. The Rauma Railway takes you from Oslo to Åndalsnes in about 5 hours. Direct flight from London to Ålesund (2 hours) on Saturdays and Tuesdays. Public buses going from Ålesund and Molde to Åndalsnes.
